Being a Nottingham magician is great as I get to perform close up magic all over the UK, as within a few hours I can get to most wedding venues. I remember 3 years ago, I was working at the wedding venue Basford Hall. I was performing magic to a couple, and half way through my act, the lady said we want you at our wedding. That’s where I met Nottingham wedding photographer Austen Blakemore.Over the last (nearly 4 years) I have worked at close to 100 weddings with Austen. Austen’s attention to detail is mind blowing, he captures candid images like no one else I’ve seen.
Charity Event
Earlier this year Austen and I drove from Nottingham, to Gretna Green. We took selfies outside #99churches in 24 hours, to raise money for Derby and Notts children’s hospital. Dressed in wedding dresses supplied by Kyla at Brides & Gowns. We finished at the Gretna Green Chapel. £1200 was raised on our just giving page.
